Source Available means that the source code of this piece of software is available somewhere to download. So you are probably wondering - "Why is it an Anti-Feature?". Well, to make the software truly Free, it must give the users the four essential freedoms to run, study, modify and share copies of the software. Many companies understand that people want source code for transparency or what-not. So they release it either with no license at all, or with a license that doesn't give the four essential freedoms. Trapping users in thinking that it's free software, while in fact it is not. Though we acknowledge that this is a good first step towards freeing this software. Without a Free Software copyright license, it's still not enough. This is one more reason why we should not say Open Source, but say instead Free Software.
