Multiplayer eats a lot of depsgraph #1

When a lot of objects are updated through the multiplayer, the Depsgraph is working very hard resulting in very bad performance. The same amount of objects not on multiplayer doesn't have that issue.

Possibly the Decode functions do too much decoding.
