The Issue

Steps to reproduce

Get a Video to watch.
Fullscreen said video.
Attempt to tap on seek bar to snap to a later time.

Expected behaviour

The playback should seek directly to the point in the playback where I've tapped on the seek bar.

Actual behaviour

Currently, it ignores you and doesn't seek.

System Configuration

Device: OnePlus 3t
OxygenOS: Version 5.0.1
Android version: 8.0.0

Verified on:

Device: Nexus 6p
Android Version: 8.1.0
