DESCRIPTION:

If the User used a notification to view a video, and then they minimized the app, the notification screen will be present when they reopen the app, even though it was not the previously active screen.

REPRO STEPS:

Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0
Select a notification which leads to a video
Press the Home button
Drag PiP off the screen
Reopen LBRY

Results: On Notification Screen

Expected: On Video Screen

This is a confirmed bug on 0.17.0. Latest bug fix for notifications didn't fix it. But expect a fix for it soon
