DESCRIPTION:

After installing the app, all downloads will go to the /0/Android/data/io.lbry.browsser/Download folder instead of the /0/Downloads folder. After running the app for an hour or so it eventually corrects itself, and downloads to the root Download folder (haven't figured out the trigger for the switch).

REPRO STEPS:

Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0
Download an image or videos
Locate the location of the file on your device

Results: File is at /0/Android/data/io.lbry.browsser/Download

Expected: File is at /0/Downloads
