If you disable subscription notifications, they still come in under the bell. We'll probably need to sync this as a setting across other apps as well. Will open on Desktop side and we'll need a way to filter on internal apis when we're ready.

I think we should remove this setting and just let the notification bell determine whether or not users receive notifications for their subscribed content.
