Allow closing of the background service from the extended status bar #239

If the app stays running in the background, it would be good if it could be closed when I drag down the status bar.

Right now, I cannot swipe the "LBRY Browser" message away, nor can I close the app from this screen.

(Please correct any terms I may have misused, I want to learn all of the terms that refer to Android/mobile UI components even if this ticket was understandable.)
