@tzarebczan It shows up as long as there are outstanding rewards, regardless of reward approval status. I've moved the notice to the Rewards page. I could probably allow the Dismiss button from the notice to also hide the outstanding rewards balance.

Since rewards are optional and not all users will want them, I know in the past that we've wanted a way to easily dismiss any persistent notifications/mentions.
