replace hard-coded transaction types with constants

to be used by /lbryio/lbry-desktop/pull/1769

the last change at the bottom was from 'send' to 'spend' (now TRANSACTIONS.SPEND) which may have been done on purpose, or exactly the kind of mistake we fix by defining constants
