In order to be able to finish publishing all UC Berkeley videos to LBRY the following steps need to be taken:

Adjust cmd/ytsync.go to allow selecting the UCB publisher
verify that every step of the "download", metadata acquisition, publication, database tracking work
ensure that redisdb is no longer necessary anywhere in udb (should not)
