Replaces broken ecosystem-overview links
The Reporting a Bug and Feature Requests sections contained broken links to the Ecosystem Overview. However, the steps containing the broken link were for identifying the correct repository. Therefore, the broken ecosystem-overview links were replaced with repository-overview links with additional updates to the linking text. Fixes #305
