There are several values on the Heroku production server that are necessary to run lbry.tech. The setup instructions ought to be updated to explain this, or if possible, a sample environment file should be included that contains all possible value keys and default values as suitable.

Additionally, daemon.lbry.tech ought to be an environment variable.
