https://lbry.tech/resources/claimtrie and https://lbry.tech/resources/lbry-claimtrie ought to be combined or more clearly differentiated in their title and purposes (as well as reference each other).

@BrannonKing can you please make sure this is discussed/assigned tomorrow?

Right now, we can't list both on our "Resources" page because having two articles labeled "LBRY Claimtrie" and "Merkle Claim Trie" is confusing to a new reader.

They're fairly distinct articles in what they cover, so it may be as simple as better titles and a bit of cleanup.
