qt: Backup former GUI settings on -resetguisettings

Browse source 
Writes the GUI settings to `guisettings.bak` in the data directory
before wiping them. This can be used to retroactively troubleshoot
issues (e.g. #11262) where `-resetguisettings` solves the problem.
