fix possible memory leaks in CWallet::EncryptWallet

Browse source 
- add missing deletes for pwalletdbEncryption
- add an assert before trying to reserve memory for pwalletdbEncryption
- add a destructor to CWallet, which ensures deletion of
  pwalletdbEncryption on object destruction
