rpc/rawtransaction.cpp moves to libbitcoin_server since it should not be
accessed by non-node libraries. The utility following utility methods
move to their own unit rpc/rawtransaction_util since they need to be
accessed by non-node libraries:
- `ConstructTransaction`
- `TxInErrorToJSON`
- `SignTransaction`
This commit does not change behavior. All it does is pass new function
parameters.
It is easiest to review this change with:
git log -p -n1 -U0 --word-diff-regex=.
Splits signrwatransaction into a wallet version (signrawtransactionwithwallet) and
non-wallet version (signrawtransactionwithkey). signrawtransaction is marked as DEPRECATED
and will call the right signrawtransaction* command as per the parameters in order to
maintain compatibility.
Updated signrawtransactions test to use new RPCs
