d0b1cee1fe doc: -help-debug implies -help 
I don't understand why `-help-debug` would be useful without requesting
the help, and I've made this particular mistake one time too many.

(ok, so apparently the original reason that -help-debug is an option is
to show debug options in the GUI option overview? that seems very
unlikely to ever be used, if someone wants to add a way to show debug
options in the GUI it'd be better to have a check box)

907f73bbc5 gui: Remove QT_VERSION fallbacks for Qt < 5 
There were surprisingly many `#ifdef` fallbacks for Qt 4.

Remiving them simplifies maintenance, as well as adding new GUI
functionality.

1630219d90 openssl: abstract out OPENSSL_cleanse 
This makes it easier for us to replace it if desired, since it's now only in
one spot. Also, it avoids the openssl include from allocators.h, which
essentially forced openssl to be included from every compilation unit.

851296a72f [Qt] add option to allow self signed root certs (for testing) 
- it is helpful to be able to test and verify payment request processing
  by allowing self signed root certificates (e.g. generated by Gavins
  "certificate authority in a box")
- This option is just shown in the UI options, if -help-debug is enabled.

It's considered bad form to import things into the global namespace in a
header. Put it in the cpp files where it is needed instead.

51ed9ec971 Cleanup code using forward declarations. 
Use misc methods of avoiding unnecesary header includes.
Replace int typedefs with int##_t from stdint.h.
Replace PRI64[xdu] with PRI[xdu]64 from inttypes.h.
Normalize QT_VERSION ifs where possible.
Resolve some indirect dependencies as direct ones.
Remove extern declarations from .cpp files.

3b570559f8 re-work -debug switch handling 
- re-work -debug help message text
- make -debug log every debugging information again (even all categories)
- remove unneeded fDebug checks in front of LogPrint()/qDebug(), as that
  check is done in LogPrintf() when category is != NULL (true for all
  LogPrint() calls
- remove fDebug ONLY in code which is NOT performance-critical
- harmonize addrman category name
- deprecate -debugnet usage, should be used via -debug=net and remove the
  corresponding global

d78900cc1b fix some cosmetic glitches in the codebase 
- rename URL into URI in paymentserver where correct
- add some missing Qt-coding-stuff in paymentserver
- change QSpinBox to QLineEdit as base for BitcoinAmountField in .ui files
  (as this is the result when converting the BAF back into base)
- remove some c_str() and replace with QString::fromStdString()
- remove several new-lines
- remove unneeded spaces
- indentation fixes

a41d5fe019 Payment Protocol: X509-validated payment requests 
Add support for a Payment Protocol to Bitcoin-Qt.

Payment messages are protocol-buffer encoded and communicated over
http(s), so this adds a dependency on the Google protocol buffer
library, and requires Qt with OpenSSL support.
