95fa14da69 Re-enable BitcoindComparisonTool: 
* Use the latest version, with limited memory usage, and path to
   on-disk db (try mouting qa/tmp on a tmpfs)\
 * enable -debug=net
 * re-enable BitcoindComparisonTool in pull-tester
