Pavel Vasin de236f57c6 clarify obscure uses of EvalScript()
The 3rd argument of EvalScript() is the unsigned int flags, not a bool.

Pieter Wuille f67a9ce0dc Use deterministically generated script tests
Now that signing is deterministic, we can require exact correspondence between the
automatically generated tests and the ones read from JSON. Do this, and update
the tests to those deterministic versions. Note that some flag changes weren't
correctly applied before.

Pieter Wuille 98b135f97f Make STRICTENC invalid pubkeys fail the script rather than the opcode.
This turns STRICTENC turn into a softforking-safe change (even though it
is not intended as a consensus rule), and as a result guarantee that using
it for mempool validation only results in consensus-valid transactions in
the mempool.

Cory Fields 066e2a1403 script: move CScriptID to standard.h and add a ctor for creating them from CScripts
This allows for a reversal of the current behavior.

This:
CScript foo;
CScriptID bar(foo.GetID());

Becomes:
CScript foo;
CScriptID bar(foo);

This way, CScript is no longer dependent on CScriptID or Hash();

Pieter Wuille 9df9cf5a9f Make SCRIPT_VERIFY_STRICTENC compatible with BIP62
* Delete canonical_tests.cpp, and move the tests to script_tests.cpp.
* Split off SCRIPT_VERIFY_DERSIG from SCRIPT_VERIFY_STRICTENC (the BIP62 part of it).
* Change signature STRICTENC/DERSIG semantics to fail the script entirely rather than the CHECKSIG result (softfork safety, and BIP62 requirement).
* Add many autogenerated tests for several odd cases.
* Mention specific BIP62 rules in the script verification flags.

Pieter Wuille f5857e5cb5 Inline signature serializer
Instead of building a full copy of a CTransaction being signed, and
then modifying bits and pieces until its fits the form necessary
for computing the signature hash, use a wrapper serializer that
only serializes the necessary bits on-the-fly.

This makes it easier to see which data is actually being hash,
reduces load on the heap, and also marginally improves performances
(around 3-4us/sigcheck here). The performance improvements are much
larger for large transactions, though.

The old implementation of SignatureHash is moved to a unit tests,
to test whether the old and new algorithm result in the same value
for randomly-constructed transactions.

Cory Fields 152e51c7af included-tests: generate binary data from test files for inclusion into test binaries
This change moves test data into the binaries rather than reading them from
the disk at runtime.

Advantages:
- Tests become distributable
- Cross-compile friendly. Build on one machine and execute in an arbitrary
  location on another.
- Easier testing for backports. Users can verify that tests pass without having
  to track down corresponding test data.
- More trustworthy test results and easier quality assurance as tests make
  fewer assumptions about their environment.
- Tests could theoretically run at client/daemon startup and exit on failure.

Disadvantages:
- Required 'hexdump' build-dependency. This is a standard bsd tool that should
  be usable everywhere. It is likely already installed on all build-machines.
- Tests can no longer be fudged after build by altering test-data.

These flags select features to be enabled/disabled during script

* SCRIPT_VERIFY_P2SH: enable BIP16-style subscript evaluation
* SCRIPT_VERIFY_STRICTENC: enforce strict adherence to pubkey/sig encoding standards.
