Bring in a few functions due to https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-redux/pull/119/files

Also add lbry-redux as a peerDependency, so we don't have two versions in the bundle. I added it as a devDependency so we can develop locally, it doesn't seem you can auto download peerDeps with npm i or yarn?
