for publishing gifs, a thumbnail should be selected just like videos.

for displaying gifs, a thumbnail should be shown, with the option to press 'play' and get the full gif.

for displaying gifs not published by spee.ch, spee.ch should automatically create a thumbnail from the gif (or: use a default thumbnail).
