I started seeing this error recently and can't find it anywhere in speech or the sdk. A search tells me it could be about scaling MySQL so I'm guessing it's from chainquery

It comes up when viewing content published by another speech instance

Seeing this also:
When accessing an image on spee.ch for the first time (uploaded through app), first you see a "Index out of range" error and then on refresh, you run into: #588
