While sharing analytics with us would always be an optional part of running a spee.ch instance, it would be good if by default spee.ch instances shared some analytics data with us.

This would be beneficial to both us and creators.

Tagging Osprey, but not mandatory to complete before then.

Removed Osprey tag, GA configs will be used for Osprey. @kauffj has reached out for GA values to use.
