Consider adding support for new metadata / types from:a6f2fd6d5f/v2/proto/claim.proto (L16)

video height/width/duration
release time
Also, the NSFW/Mature field is changing to a tag

Other considerations:
Publish now supports updates
stream vs channel abandon
everything under claim value is first class, including fee
