f054f2f754 Failed test runs of sqlboiler are left around 
- Don't clean up, and print the location of the test run so that we can
  inspect the compilation failures that have occurred.

fb802ad687 Add to_many relationships as a first class citizen 
- to_many relationships are now cached on the table data structure
- to_many relationships now know if any columns involved are nullable

c731661261 Use new templating features in all templates 
- Add another check for join tables in the to_many relationships stuff.
- Fix a number of quoting bugs in the templates.
