So the checklist is.

Clear reproduction instructions for dev environment.
Find and follow the Repository Standards as currently it 404's at this URL linked in the guide.
Make the reproduction of build environment trivial for anyone to help reduce/eliminate the need for support.
Document everything by 1.0

So far I commit loads with no remorse so I'm already compatible there. Currently, this repository is in heavy flux and might undergo a refactor or two between now and 1.0 but once I hit 1.0 I'd like to have things well documented on how to replicate the environment fully in your own environment.
