This might be a bit dangerous to toss into a stack as it just blindly upgrades containers to latest release of the selected tag but its something to consider.

Realistically all users should be on the latest all the time as there are a lot of things here that will only work if on the latest but it's not globally required like Spee.ch containers might be better to be more static.

Updated to Ouroboros due to Watchtower being abandoned. This is really not a high priority but would be a good value add for people looking to simply run the latest always.
