@kauffj mentioned in Slack that we should be referencing these guides in the https://lbry.tech documentation hub so that people can find their way to deploying lbry services via Docker. This documentation is somewhat to spec but we definitely need to update some things and add proper README.md's to all directories explaining what everything is. Assume nothing.
