DESCRIPTION:
When first setting up LBRYPress on a Wordpress server, and before setting up and running 'lbrynet', an email will be sent notifying the user that their funds are low. This email attempts to inform the user of the current balance, but is missing the numerical value in the sentence:

"You currently have LBC left in your wallet."

REPRO STEPS:

Log into self-hosted Wordpress
Install and Activate the LBRYPress Plugin
Do not install and run 'lbrynet'
Wait for an email to be sent to administrator

Results: Email is missing numerical characters for balance

Expected: Email shows 0 for the balance, or states that a wallet is not setup yet, or does not send an email until 'lbrynet' is running
