Show/store previously set thumbnail URL on edit #1584

The Issue

After we added the ability to upload thumbnails through spee.ch, we no longer show the thumbnail on edit. This is confusing because the user may think they need to re-upload or re-enter a thumbnail. If they don't, the thumbnail will be cleared out.

They should see the thumbnail set and be able to view it via a link. Also, allow upload of new thumbnail if needed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Publish content with thumbnail
  2. Edit that content
  3. Notice the thumbnail is not shown in edit screen
