The Issue

After claiming an identity via the Publish page, it is not available in the identity drop down list. Need to refresh (go out, go back in) the screen to get it listed. Need to make a note of this in the app, or refresh the dropdown.

Steps to reproduce

Go to publish, create identity with some claim amount
Check dropdown, identity not listed
Leave and come back, identity is there

Expected behaviour

Identity should be listed, or a prompt should tell users to wait/refresh?

Actual behaviour

Not listed, need to get out and go back in to see new identity.
