The issue

Add a big picture mode for the lbry-desktop app.
The big picture feature allows you to optimize and adapt the UI / UX for TV or large / big screens.

Suggestions

Add simple checkbox / switch option on the menu settings to trigger this behavior. https://developer.android.com/design/tv/

I wonder if this should be set during build? I'm guessing there will be other ui changes that are necessary for TV/large screens. yarn build --tv or something would just set all of these changes.

Then we don't have a bunch of settings for small bits of ui?

I can see a case being made for individual settings too. Not sure.
