The Issue
My internet provider sends me large bills if I exceed my monthly bandwidth cap. I would like to choose to share/not share content in my library. Currently the only way to unshare is to quit the LBRY app.
Suggested Solutions
I would like to be able to control the sharing of my content library like I can in uTorrent. Here are the controls I have in uTorrent:
