Changes

It's mostly just markup changes. I still plan to make more changes/cleanup in my next PR. I just wanted to get it working, then see how much more we can strip out after this.

Dark mode still needs some work, but I think most of these changes will go in the components repo.

### Changes - Uses https://github.com/lbryio/components for button/table/form styling - `data-theme` => `data-mode` - `.btn` => `.button` - Remove `FormRow` - Use https://github.com/lbryio/components web-compoenents for form stuff It's mostly just markup changes.
