The Issue

User request: "I would like to play videos at 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, and 2x speed, like
that other site."

From personal experience, I use the speed up/slow down feature on educational videos especially, to breeze 2x through info I already know, or slow it down if I'm having trouble with the instructor's accent.

Probably not this next release (next week) but the one after.

Waiting on the release of lbry v0.37.0 for range request support.
Beta.lbry.tv is using it! But we haven't started adding any plugins for
more video codec support.
