The Issue

With the attempted metadata fix from the last release, we broke autoplay for videos that are already downloaded. Also, small videos with 1 blob like lbry://linux-sucks-in-space-april-27-2019#75137041ffa7df1b6f67cd5902fefc8675736ecd also break, and possibly other shorter ones.

We should look into releasing a patch this week.
