The Issue

The docx viewer is not displaying any document, reported by a discord user:

bobinski - Last Monday at 2:59 AM: I have published a .docx file but it is not displayed in the LBRY app. It probably is very straightforward but how do I set up this document viewer?
The message displayed after clicking on the thumbnail is 'Sorry, looks like we can't load the document'
