The Issue

One good way of getting content discovered is through the Top sorting option in the app. When users are publishing (and maybe even supporting?) content, we should give them hints as to the LBC deposit required to make it into the top of the tags they are using. We may want to default to "all time", but can also break into other publish time periods.

This would properly be introduced subtly after a user adds their tags, i.e., "hey, did you know you can get the top bid at these tags, show me more..."
