Channel pagination display issue #416

The Issue

Pagination in channels is not displaying properly at the bottom of the page. Also, should we have this at the top of the page as well? Just a thought.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to lbry://@JordanBPeterson
  2. Scroll to bottom of page
  3. See pages, shown on two lines

Expected behaviour

Shown nicely on a single line

Actual behaviour

Shows on 2 lines
