If wallet servers are unavailable for whatever reason or a user can't connect to ours, there's no way to configure this besides the SDK config file.

On app startup, there should be an option to configure the wallet server while it's starting and if connections fail. There should also be a retry button to address: https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-desktop/issues/3419
