Lazy-loading for Channel thumbnails was temporarily reverted in https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-desktop/pull/5935 as it wasn't refreshing per Channel-Selector updates.
We would still want the lazy-loading as part of #6057 Investigate low Core Web Vitals score from google
