Bug
Deleted content is shown in thumbnail view of "Watch Later" and "Favourites" lists as an "blank" content from "Unused" channel.
Deleted content also holds an "invisible spot" in the playlist order when editing, and is included to total amount of the items.
Deleted content can't be removed from the playlist in the app.
"Invisible spot" when editing playlist and deleted content being included to total count is similar to blocked/muted content #6601

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add few vidoes to a "Watch later" playlist
Delete one of the added videos
It will still exists in the playlist, appearing on "Lists" page as blank, and has "invisible" spot when editing playlist order.

Expected behavior
Deleted content should be ignored from lists.
