Place a dropdown similar to the "Comment as" Next to the refresh button if they have added other comment (under Comments Server in Settings)

Also a checkbox setting to show the comment server selector. (Follow "Viewed Hosting" setting style)

Hi @jessopb , this one was a bit more difficult than the others but it's going well. I just need to synchronize the input with the setting and that's it.
