Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I can't host double the content I publish, so right now I can not host what I published at all, which sucks a lot.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to host files just like it's done in BitTorrent - without splitting them up, and retaining access to the original files, and certainly not doubling necessary storage.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now Lbry Inc servers provide the content, But that's centralization and the complete opposite of stated LBRY's goals.

Additional context
Please have mercy and make this possible.

Thanks! Would you like to file this in https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-sdk ? That's where this change would be made.

Do you mean I should create a new Issue there? I'll do anything I can to make this happen.
