The Issue

Commenting first run

Parameters

Comments cost default price (below notification threshold)

Payment on blockchain mirrors "tip support" button, appears as "tip" or "comment tip" in History

Comments sort by

IF has most current time stamped child comment, THEN display on top
OR is only Parent with Child, THEN display on top
ELSE display most current time stamp parent comment on top

Comment Owner = Default Channel/Identity of Commenter's app
Comment Owner's name links to their channel URL

Channel owner toggles comment price
