Spacebar on non-video pages should page forward, not be consumed. #4162

When looking at non-video content in both the desktop application and the website, space does not act to move the viewed content forward by a full-screen. Instead, the keypress is consumed with no effect.

Instead, the page should advance. This is the norm elsewhere throughout the interface. (There is an argument to be made that it should even be true when video content is being displayed as long as the pointer is not over the video frame itself, but I won't make that argument.)
