What is the current behavior?
When a user edits an existing claim and clicks "edit", the success modal has the original verbiage for a new publish.
What is the new behavior?
The modal that appears now says the updates have been published.
Other information
I wasn't sure if this is the best practice or not. The original publish success modal could receive props for modal title and content and change based on new or edit, but that would require some semi-significant changes upstream. Instead, I simply created a new modal with verbiage that reflects an update vs. a new publish.

I see
comma-dangle
in .eslintrc.json and .prettierrc.json, but doesn't look like it's being respected.One comment
Instead of creating a new publish modal, we could just pass in a value here
Then change the text based on that prop.
Thank you for your first PR! I just had one comment that should simplify this quite a bit.
Can we show you some appreciation for your contribution?

Yup, much better solution. I'll change. Thanks!
Absolutely Sean. Thanks!
