Closes #5894 Examine re-enabling reposts on odysee homepage

Changes to ClaimTilesDiscover

  • Add remove_duplicates by default.
  • Port forceShowReposts from ClaimListsDiscover. This allows reposts to be shown regardless of the "Hide Reposts" setting, which is locked to "true" for Odysee.

My bad. I looked at the wrong SDK PR (make reposts searchable by: stream_type, media_type, duration, fee_amount and fee_currency #3386). During testing, I must have tested against "Following" instead of categories.
