## Issue
The scroll listener never unregisters, and is always registering itself on every scroll. I believe it was done that way to also handle the case of "element is already in viewport when mounted".
## Change
Tried to separate both "element is already in viewport when mounted" and "element scrolled into viewport" into different effects.
The timeout value used is a bit arbitrary, but is needed because the initial size is (0, 0), and to debounce any layout shifts. Reasoning: If an element is explicitly placed under this wrapper, the additional delay is acceptable since it's meant to be lazy-loaded anyway.
(1) Reduced the debouncing duration so that the final element can be rendered asap after visible.
- If the user is scrolling non-stop, it would continue to debounce and the GUI ends up not showing the final element.
- 25ms seems enough to prevent the initial false-positive that occurs in the scenario of "adjacent/upper elements resized late, so our element was briefly on screen when mounted". If not enough, we can make this a parameter.
(2) Removed `lastUpdateDate` that was a quick hack for Recommended section. We don't use it on that element anymore, so remove the hack to keep the file clean.
(1) The previous code assumed the element is always smaller than the screen. When used on large items like "homepage categories", it'll never load because the element exceeds the screen width or height.
(2) Added optional placeholder element. This allows us to put a cheaper element while waiting, so that the layout doesn't shift when we finally render. This is visually better when scrolling, and complies with Web Vitals.

## Notes
The easiest solution would be to put `FileDescription` into posts, but I think that goes against the clean up of the Post layout, where the focus should be on the content. The faded style of the File Details section seems too distracting, plus we don't want the File Description anyway.
Fixed by:
- Make the existing "LBC amount" clickable to show credit details. An additional padlock will appear if the content is yours and you have tips to unlock.
- Add an "info" icon beside it to show file details.
These "link" buttons are usually lit, but I dimmed it in this case to make them stand out less. Again, focusing on Post content instead of buttons.

- Use src as the last resort for the text (I though `title` and `alt` was mandatory in markdown; apparently not).

## Issue
Closes 4505: Highlight url instead of text when embedding a link
_Too used to Github's editor behavior, so was annoyed at this too. It makes more sense to highlight the URL placeholder since that needs to be filled._
For to the unhighlighted case, then the cursor should be at the Label.
## Changes
Until the upstream code decides to fix it (`github::Ionaru/easy-markdown-editor/issues/85`), we'll handle it ourself by listing to the 'changes' events.

## Issue
4797: Markdown preview breaks when using a lbry link in angle brackets
This is similar to the Embed case in commit dbcd677e.
## Change
Replaced it with a dummy link that looks like what the final outcome would be, but would not be clickable.
Again, similar to the embed case, unless there is a way to pass the store over, I don't have an alternative that makes sense: Adding a dummy router or replacing it as a regular <a> will just make React spew security errors.
Not being able to click it is not ideal as we (as a user) can't verify our links, but it's better than the current case of not rendering anything at all.

4644: Markdown Preview breaks when <iframe> is present

Until we figure out a way to pass the store to the SimpleMDE preview formatter, just replace the embed with a stub region.
## Issue
In the `Autoplay` case, if the `WaitUntilOnPage` has already opened the gates previously, the next video's Related will be loaded regardless of scroll position.
## Changes
Add a `lastUpdateDate` prop to `WaitUntilOnPage` to allow the parent to reset the gating state.
I don't really like the `lastUpdateDate` prop since it's purpose is not intuitive. Is there a standard way to do a "one-time trigger" from the parent?
There are cases where `WaitUntilOnPage` will incorrectly render, such as at the beginning if the upper components hasn't expanded to full size, so `WaitUntilOnPage` would be briefly visible.
Added a 300ms debounce to fix this, which would also improve scrolling performance a bit by doing less. Hopefully 300ms is enough for the upper components to inflate to full size.
Implementation:
- The code is placed in <VideoJs> instead of <VideoViewer> as we need to control the video itself. It's more self-contained here, rather than trying to pass refs around between parent and child.
- useState cannot be used as it will cause a re-render when the hint it clicked and dismissed. The DOM is used to hide the button.
Implementation:
- <StatusBar> listens to 'update-target-url' and will show/hide itself as needed.
- Handled the display of "lbry://" protocol.
CSS:
- The colors chosen should work on both Light and Dark Theme.
- The delay is necessary to avoid blinkies when the mouse is moving around.

Technically, the other modes can have a quick-action button as well, but for now it's not implemented since it's unlikely to be used.
The first usage will be to house the "toggle markdown editor" button, but it can be used for anything. The caller will handle the action.
It will be located at the upper-right, which is a better place for such a button. Putting the "toggle markdown editor" button on the bottom seems too far away and seems to make the 'Done|Cancel' area too busy/cluttered.
